Including partners encourages togetherness and teamwork amongst families, with the main focus on caring for moms.&nbsp;<br /><br />Class will flow through a series of sequences designed to balance energy, from light, energizing, active postures to deeply restorative, soothing ones. Poses will focus on simple strength and functional mobility as well as flexibility and restoration. Meditation and breathwork will be incorporated for a complete and comprehensive experience that soothes mom's mind,&nbsp;body and soul.<br /><br />Prenatal: Suitable for women in their first, second and third trimesters. We recommend being 12 weeks pregnant or more to attend.<br /><br />Postnatal:&nbsp;We suggest receiving a midwife or doctor's clearance to attend and that all post-birth bleeding has ceased. It is also encouraged that mothers wait four to six weeks after vaginal delivery and eight to 12 weeks post-cesarean to attend. Students hold seated and supine poses for two to 10 minutes. Yin Yoga can provide a sense of therapeutic healing to the physical body and nervous system.
