Slow Flow – 4:45-5:35 p.m., every Wednesday
A mindful vinyasa yoga that is light and creative, perfect for the beginner and experienced practitioner alike. This slow paced class releases stress and builds mind-body awareness through graceful sequencing that provide a calm challenge. We will be holding postures that cover the entire body, and focusing on the breath which will help to create a supple and toned body. Our slow flow will engage your body in strength, your mind in concentration and your spirit in meditation. All-levels class integrating full-body strength, balance, slow flow pacing and seated postures. The class is a warm 75 degrees to help the body ease into gentle flowing stretches. (50 minute class) Recommended for beginners, older individuals and those experienced yogis seeking a mindful, physical practice.
30-Minute Power Burn – 6-6:30 p.m., every Wednesday
Not enough time in your day? Our 30 Minute Power Burn is an energetic, full-body yoga flow workout that will increase your heart rate, build strength, and improve flexibility while leaving you feeling grounded, balanced, and strong. Our unique class combines the meditative, breath infused qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga to help you make the most of your time on the mat. Set to motivating music, you'll focus on postures that open the shoulders, hips, and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. Recommended for experienced yogis. First time students are discouraged from attending HOT classes, as they tend to be fast-paced, and are meant for those already familiar with basic postures.
Full Moon Flow – 6-7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 10
To honor the full moon, this class will take you through circular moon salutations around the mat with attention to fluid movement and deep breathing. Yin yoga will be incorporated. This is a crowd favorite!
Pre-Natal Yoga – 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 11
Join RYT-200 Brynn and mother (currently in her second pregnancy!) in a supportive yoga class for mamas-to-be in their first, second and third trimesters.
Poses will focus on strengthening and preparation for birth, relaxation for a joyful, peaceful pregnancy and poses to accommodate the growing belly. Class will flow through a series of sequences designed to balance energy, from light, energizing postures to deeply restorative ones. Common pregnancy ailments such as sciatica, pubic symphysis, nausea, sleeplessness, round ligament pain, tight hips and low back, etc., will be addressed.
Meditation to connect mom with baby and to manage fears/doubts of labor and motherhood will be a large component of the class. Breathing exercises as well as props, such as bolsters, blocks and straps, will be incorporated. Come learn how to use yoga as a means to enhance your beautiful pregnancy and empower your birth experience! Women who are three months or less postpartum and women trying to conceive are welcome to attend. Beginner to advanced level students welcome.
Cost: $15 per class / $50 for (4) class series / drop-ins welcome.

Pre-natal YOMA – 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 25
This class is for pregnant women in their first, second and third trimesters. Those trying to conceive are welcome to attend. Students will be guided through a restorative pre-natal yoga practice using props such as bolsters, pillows and blankets while receiving the healing touch of massage by our licensed pre-natal massage therapist. Mamas-to-be will find deep, therapeutic relaxation! Cost: $55 per person. Hosted by: Brynn Cunningham, RYT 200 & Leann Beatty, LMT.
Yoga & Self-Massage for the Hips Workshop – 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 18
Give your hips some love! This two-hour yoga for the hips workshop will be sequenced in four parts: first, we will open with a flow of vinyasa to warm up, strengthen and increase mobility in the hips; second, each student will be provided with a foam roller and guided through self-massage exercises to release tension deep in the muscles and connective tissue; third, we will dive into longer-held, passive yin-style poses to open the front, back and sides of the hips; last, class will conclude with a relaxing restorative practice designed to let the hips find complete relaxation with the use of props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets. Cost: $45 per person / $35 per student. RSVP Required / Limited to 15 participants.

Train like a warrior! Custom strength and meditation training designed for competitive athletes. Boot camp sessions integrate movement, strength, balance and breath work to complement existing sport-specific training programs. The sequence is designed to address flexibility and proper alignment and is challenging for a wide range of abilities.

A gentle yoga practice of minimal poses supported by bolsters, blocks and pillows. 50 minutes.

This session guides you through specific yoga poses and exercises to strengthen, stretch and soothe the feet. All parts of the foot, including toes, arches, heels and even the ankles will be addressed. Ideal for those with foot and ankle pain, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, metatarsilitis and generally tired achy feet. 50 minutes.

A yoga workshop designed to enhance your athletic performance. Begins with a vinyasa-style yoga practice and dynamic warm-up sequence, moves seamlessly into strength -building exercises and yoga poses and ends with a cooling flow with longer-held postures aimed at releasing connective tissue and common tight areas in an athlete’s body. Myofascial release using therapy tools, meditation and visualization for the athlete’s mind and breathing techniques (pranayama) for toning the lungs are incorporated throughout the session. Open to all levels. 110 minutes.
