Power Yoga uses the breath to guide each pose through a flowing vinyasa-style practice that incorporates standing postures, hip and shoulder-focused poses, back bends, forward folds and twists. This is an all-levels, well-rounded practice that infuses total-body strengthening with coordination, balance, mobility and flexibility. Modifications and variations will be given to suit every body. Themes and music incorporated.
Directions to Room #5: Enter on the Paddler's Pizza side of the building. Class will be held in Yogi Wade's old room. The door will be the last one once you walk by the pizza shop.
Suggested donation: $10-20, depending on income level ($15-25 is the going rate for a drop-in yoga class in the U.S. in 2025)
