Inhale, Exhale, Run is a yoga, running and wellness blog intended to inspire you on and off the mat, and on and off the trails.
Blog author Brynn Cunningham received her 230-hour yoga instructor certification from the world-famous Asheville Yoga Center (AYC) in North Carolina in 2015 and is currently engaged in AYC's 300-hour Advanced Training Program. She began teaching yoga in 2011 and currently teaches Yoga for Runner's Workshops and classes, slow flow, vinyasa, yin, beginner's, power yoga, Ashtanga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, private sessions and more. Her classes offer variety, fun and challenge while incorporating elements of her extensive personal practice in vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Bikram, hot power yoga, Kundalini and yin with meaningful themes, intentions, pranayama and meditations intertwined throughout. Brynn has been a yoga student of Ohiopyle's Yogi Wade for more than 15 years and credits Wade for teaching her how to teach and how to bring ingenuity, playfulness and a wide variety of music to the mat. Find her at Wade's classes 6:30-8 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday year-round in the Ohiopyle Community Center (sometimes she subs for him). Brynn enjoys the athletic, challenging side of yoga as much as the calming, peaceful side.
She teaches regularly at Nemacolin Woodland's Holistic Healing Center & Spa and the Uniontown YMCA.
Yoga clients include:
Uniontown Area High School Cross Country and Track & Field Teams
Laurel Highlands High School Girls Soccer Team
Penn State University Eberly Campus Cross Country Team

She teaches yoga to her alma mater's cross country team as well. Brynn founded and leads an all-female trail running group, the Trail Run Tribe, based out of Ohiopyle, Pa. She is the trail race director, along with her husband Yough Riverkeeper Eric Harder, of the new Ohiopyle Falls & Trails Trilogy 10K, Half Marathon & Marathon, which take place on the best technical, rocky, rugged hiking trails in Ohiopyle State Park.
