All-levels Power Yoga
Power Yoga uses the breath to guide each pose through a flowing vinyasa-style practice that incorporates standing postures, hip and shoulder-opening poses, back bends, forward folds and twists. This is an all-levels, well-rounded practice that infuses total-body strengthening with coordination, balance and flexibility. Modifications and variations will be given to suit every body.
Arm Balances & Inversions
Learn foundation and alignment to confidently experience arm balances and inversions. With a private session, students will gain more thorough understanding of handstand, headstand, crow and more.
Ashtanga Yoga Mix
This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive, fixed series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Ashtanga Mix combines the best of the Primary, Secondary and Intermediate Series, which link standing, seated, back bending, arm balancing and inverted postures with a flowing vinyasa, challenging you to maintain ujjayi breath, energy locks and a soft gaze throughout the dynamic practice. This vigorous, athletic class is open to all levels - intermediate students will be challenged to discover their growing edge while beginners will learn foundational asanas and a traditional practice.
Foundations of Yoga Series
If you are new to yoga and would like to learn the basics to practice on your own or to have the confidence to attend a public class, the Foundations of Yoga Series is for you. Four to six sessions recommended.
Birthday Yoga Flow
Celebrate the fullness of you with a special birthday all-levels vinyasa flow class! Invite your friends and get ready for a happy birthday, yoga-style. Special birthday playlist shared with participants.
Chakra Yoga Flow
Flow from the foundational first Chakra, the root, to the seventh, ending at the crown of the head in a uniquely choreographed vinyasa-based class designed to balance the Chakras, defined as vortexes of subtle energy that exist within the meridian lines of the body. If the Chakras are out of balance, then one's full potential is suppressed or expressed in self-destructive, negative ways. When Chakras are balanced, the mind, body and soul awakens to it's inner light and fulfills the best version of one's being. Chakra balancing music will be played.
Flow & Yin Yoga
This is a vinyasa, flow-based practice that incorporates deep, yin yoga stretching. Excellent for all levels and those seeking a balance of movement and stillness.
Foot Yoga
Dive deep into the feet! From the ground up, establish the roots to feel your feet come alive in all yoga poses. Beneficial for those with plantar fasciitis, heels spurs or flat feet. Myofascial release exercises incorporated.
Functional Mobility & Strength Flow with Myofascial Release
Students will flow through a vinyasa-style yoga class with an emphasis on strength-based functional movement and mobility. Active range of motion for the upper and lower body will be woven into this dynamic, breath-centered practice. Myofascial release using a foam roller and therapy balls will be incorporated for muscle recovery. Class will close with a short and sweet calming breathwork meditation to soothe the nervous system.
Moon Flow or Sun Flow
Schedule a session of chandra namaskar (moon salutations) on a full moon or new moon. Or usher in the summer or winter solstice with a variety of flowing sun salutations. These all-levels sessions will help you align with the natural rhythms of the earth and experience a new way to practice yoga. Gather your friends for a unique celebration - from ladies nights, to bridal showers, come together on your mats!
Pre/ Postnatal Yoga
Treat yourself or your loved one to a customized prenatal or postnatal yoga class. One-on-one sessions, couples or group party options available for every stage of motherhood.
Slow Flow
This all-levels flow (vinyasa) yoga class links breath with movement in a light and creative way. Moving at a slow, steady pace allows time for students to fully experience each posture, building strength and coordination in standing and balancing poses and deepening flexibility and relaxation in seated and supine stretches. Slow Flow increases mind-body awareness and total-body strength and provides a healthy challenge through graceful sequencing. This is a soul-soothing class perfect for new to advanced practitioners.

Yin Yoga, Breath & Meditation
Yin Yoga, an all-levels practice, was developed as a means to improve hip and spinal health. Students hold seated and supine poses for two to 10 minutes. Yin Yoga can provide a sense of therapeutic healing to the physical body and nervous system. Breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation will be incorporated. This is an excellent, complementary practice to balance an active lifestyle, high impact sports, a busy work life and stress.
