My husband, Eric Harder, Yough Riverkeeper with Mountain Watershed Association, of Melcroft, Pa., volunteered me to teach Sunrise Yoga three mornings in a row during the conference. With the attendees' days full of sitting, meetings and lots of time indoors, it was my great pleasure to infuse one hour of their morning with movement, intention and sweet, watery tunes.
What a wonderful turnout we had! After the first day, we requested a larger room, which in turn gave us a brilliantly sunlit area and wide open space to move.
For each class I composed water-themed playlists and want to share them with those who attended class, those striving daily to keep our water clean, in addition to friends who simply love, support and enjoy their waterways, including rivers, creeks, oceans, bays and seas.
Furthermore, Eric and I co-hosted the third annual Yoga for the Yough class after returning from our trip. The Mountain Yoga Shala filled up with friends who graciously helped us raise $205 for Eric's program. Thank you, everyone, for filling up the Shala with your wonderful vibes and energy!
Thus, I give you four playlists: Waterkeeper Day One; Waterkeeper Day Two; Waterkeeper Day Three and Yoga for the Yough 2018. The Waterkeeper playlists are 60 minutes long, and Yoga for the Yough is 90 minutes. They pair perfectly with yoga and other outdoor activities - I enjoy each of them on trail runs and bike rides near my hometown on the Yough.
I hope you have fun with the songs, and please leave feedback... Eric and I look forward to bringing you more yoga with water-based intention and good music!
Namaste,
Brynn :)
