Slow Flow Yoga – 9:30-10:30 a.m. every Thursday in June
Slow Flow Vinyasa is designed for those looking for a less vigorous class than our power vinyasa class without loosing the energy and challenge. This class is not only therapeutic, but is also invigorating and rejuvenating. You will increase your flexibility and strength by moving slowly through sequences and holding postures for several breaths. At a slower pace, and in moderate temps, this class will move you through well-balanced sequences with grace, ease and awareness. All-levels class integrating full-body strength, balance, slow flow pacing and seated postures. The class is a warm 75 degrees to help the body ease into gentle flowing stretches.
Friday Night Flow Donation Based Class – 6-7 p.m., Friday, June 10
An all-levels power yoga class that builds strength, flexibility, balance and attention to the breath. Proceeds will benefit the Uniontown High School Track & Field Boosters. Assists by Mandy Kushner.
Warm Moon Flow - Multi-teacher Mix! – 6-7:30 p.m., Monday, June 20
Co-taught by three LPS instructors: LPS herself, Mandy & Brynn! You won't want to miss this! To honor the full moon, this class will take you through circular moon salutations around the mat with attention to fluid movement and deep breathing. Yin yoga will be incorporated. Hands-on assists will be offered.

Practice postures, breath work and meditation techniques that can transform the way you experience minor to major stressors and anxiety.
Yang Flow with Yin Cool Down – 3-4 p.m. every Thursday in June
Begin with vinyasa style yoga to focus on building strength, flexibility and balance and finish with yin yoga poses which are held for one to ten minutes using an emphasis on the breath, deep stretching and increasing circulation. (Open to the public)

Vinyasa Yoga Power Flow – 5-6 p.m., Sunday, June 5 & 12
This class, ranging from moderately to vigorously paced, flows through a variety of poses emphasizing strength, balance, flexibility and concentration with a focus on linking breath with movement. It is suitable for all levels (modifications will be given) and is set to music. Bring a smile!

A slower type of vinyasa flow. ranging from a gentle to mildly vigorous pace with attention to slow, mindful breathing. Longer held, yin-style and restorative poses are interspersed throughout strength-building vinyasa sequences to allow for relaxation and release of connective tissue. This practice will incorporate breath work and meditation.
Vinyasa Yoga Power 30 – 5:30-6 p.m., Monday, June 6 & 5:30-6 p.m., Wednesday, June 22
A 30-minute all-levels power yoga class that builds strength, flexibility, coordination and mindfulness. Perfect for those who want to give yoga a try or seasoned practitioners who want a shorter session!
