New this month!!! Join the regularly scheduled Monday group run with Morgantown Running Store on June 13 and 27, and learn some post-run yoga poses, stretches and sequences to loosen the hips, lengthen the hamstrings and release tension from the calves and quads!
When: Group Run with YOGA: 5:30 p.m., Monday, June 13 & 27
What: Run begins at 5:30 p.m. (meet at the Morgantown Running Store and run on the rail trail)
- Run lasts 45-50 minutes (all levels of runners and yogis - great for those curious about yoga!)
- Yoga flow cool down with myo-fascial release begins immediately after the run and will be led by Brynn Cunningham (RYT-200 and avid runner/coach who loves a good race!)
- Yoga will be held outside!
- Bring your own yoga mat and foam roller if you have them!
The best part? The group run and yoga are complimentary! (that's right, just show up, no sign-ups necessary, and enjoy the company of fellow runners!)
