Power Yoga uses the breath to guide each pose through a flowing vinyasa-style practice that incorporates standing postures, hip and shoulder-opening poses, back bends, forward folds and twists. This is an all-levels, well-rounded practice that infuses total-body strengthening with coordination, balance and flexibility. Modifications and variations will be given to suit every body.
Class will take place on the outside covered patio. In case of inclement weather, we will practice inside.
